Amita Jessica Prem D’alessandro is an Art Lover, Spiritual Healer and Creative Director. Reiki master, meditation practitioner, she teaches Dance meditation and Osho meditations
She studied Journalism from Ecole Superieure de Journalisme, Lille, France. She spent her first few years as Journalist and chief Editor of some famous dailies.
Her areas of interest lie in Films , Art and life . She worked as Coordinator for CAPA France in Italy (they make famous programs for french tv) and Worked with famous movie “Humans”, a famous documentary by the photographer Yann Arthus Bertrand . She launched her own monthly Journal “Revue” in Conversano, Italy.
She always felt connected to India. She opened a shop in Conversano, dealing with indian, indonesian and maroccan spices, handicrafts, jewellery and furniture. And then wanted to live her life in India.
She loves the concept of Upliftment of women in the Rural areas and helps them empower themselves by creating various avenues for their growth .
She always considered that there is no age for learning she studied Diploma in Ayurvedic therapies (Goa, 2015)
Curator and creator of cultural events for the people of Conversano, Italy “Se una domenica d’inverno (every sunday tea talks in public spaces about art, culture, litterature, and philosophy) free to all. The initiative worked fantastic for 3 years before she planned to wrap up and move to India.
In India, she is Founder and Curator for Mandawa Art Village , Rajasthan where she is working on creating Global Art Village and helping villagers to develop sustainable art culture and lifestyle in order to help them grow in terms of skills and quality of life.
At Mandawa Art Village she is the brain behind the Artist Residency program , Responsible for running day today operations and onboarding new artists globally.
Amita loves to cook cakes and she is a self taught French and Italian Chef . You may walk in anyday to tease your taste buds.
